Comfort zone VS Growth zone

  Stepping out of my comfort zone is not easy. There are times when I was thinking, what if things don't work out even after I tried so hard? Am I not afraid of that?  Yes, things can be scary, risky, uncertain and uncomfortable. But if you start to focus on that, you can't even start moving and might be stuck in that thought process forever. Of course I do it for myself, but if I also think I am doing it for others, it gives me courage.  I choose not to regret doing it. Try to find meaning in it, and somehow not give up and enjoy the process. The destination might still be far, but at least I am on the journey. Welcoming myself on a new journey. It has been a good 5 months. Just another chapter of my life.

Mr Sunshine (2018) - Netflix Original Kdrama Review

  Main characters of Mr Sunshine   I have been putting off to write about this for a loooong time. This is by far, my all time most favourite period piece Kdrama ever. Honestly, I have watched this drama 5 times (as of this writing)!  The setting was during the period of Jeoson in 1870’s to 1910, part of the story is about the love story between two people with different social status, Eugene Choi and Go Ae-shin.  Eugene Choi, an orphaned Jeoson's slave boy who had lost his parents at 9 years old to the cruelty of a noble family (their master), and he was later forced to flee to America to save his life. Later, he came back to Jeoson as the Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Go Ae-shin is an orphaned Jeoson's noble lady, who refused to just live in the comfort and privilege of the noblewoman which commonly dictated by society.
